Water Service Outages

UNPLANNED WATER OUTAGES ARE CURRENTLY AFFECTING CUSTOMERS ON ORION LANE AND AUTUMN CIRCLE. REPAIR CREWS ARE ON SITE AND WORKING TO RESTORE WATER SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. COMPLETION TIME IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME.

August 1  Friday   8AM - 3PM

Line repairs will result in water outages for the following locations:

Affected addresses are: 

• Fay Circle (addresses: 11, 18, 33, 37, 44, 52, and 60).

Water outage times are estimated and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. 

We notify affected customers in advance of any scheduled outages, via text, voice and email, using contact information in our files. If you were not contacted directly, please read below and update your contact information.

Occasional water service outages occur due to system maintenance and line repairs. In the event of an outage, the Upper Halfmoon Water Company (UHWC) uses an automated notification system to attempt to notify all customers that will be impacted. All members impacted by a water outage are notified via telephone and/or text messaging. In the future, we would like to add email messaging but that currently is not done due to an incomplete email database for our customers.
